This is the 4th entry regarding corruption in Manchester Employment Tribunals to cover corruption, organised crime, institutional bullying and corporate fascism of employers, Lancashire County Council.

The picture offering a clear illustration of orgnaised crime was emerging from the jigsaw pieces being interlocked.
Beginning with the entry http://www.criticalreader2006.blogspot.com/ and the whistleblowing of 2001, which had been in my social worker days. I was still beign punished for that and many others had joined to throw their stones.
At every single turn there was corruption, documented and proved, the ICO, Bar Council, Law Society, IPCC and court etc, all in the related links offered throughout where relevant.
The Adult College in Lancaster had its own corruption in having teachers sign for work they had not done. The teachers did not gain but the college coffers did. The Learning and Skills Council funded that unwittingly. (Although when given the opportunity over a period of 16 months to correct the fraud did nothing.)
Another protected disclosure was made by me in 2003. Staff in a respite home for Asian ladies in East lancashire had documented abuse of clients but were fearing to pursue matters because of the bullies in power who victimised any person(s) making any challenge to appalling practice. LCC Social Services had been on Special Measures for years and for good reason.
The respite home was the Green. But as in the case of Cartmel there was no consideration shown for the service users.
I blew the whistle on behalf of staff becaseu I was not afraid of likely repercussions.
That was part of my claim now in Manchester Tribunals again. (MET)
I had been forced to attend MET again despite Rules and intervention from the Chief Executive, Roger Heathcote. (See link http://www.criticalreadercw8.blogspot.com/)
On January 17th 2005 I went to MET with 2 friends and 5 others were meeting us there, the writer M Ryan attended. (see links above.)
Leaving the car park and approaching the Parsonage we noticed a welcoming committee but I was not alone, the committee comprised of Geoffrey Cunningham, thug and uncertified bailiff of Lancaster County Court (see links http://woodsresearch04.blogspot.com/ and 05 as above also newly added, http://www.homesecretarysresignation.blogspot.com/ for Cunningham's continued presence) scuttled off, he only liked it when I was alone being the creep and coward that he is.
The bench in MET comprised of Chairman S D ROBERTSON Union rep M E THORLEY and employer Ms KHAN.
Robertson was bad tempered but by the afternoon of day 1 was putting 2 and 2 together and making 4.
LCC were attending en masse as usual and for no good reason except to try and limit damage from my questioning.
The yobbish, screeching GRIFFITHS, barrister for LCC was in full flow again and her entourage comprised of B Cullen again, G Cunningham, SUE MULVANEY DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION, DAVE HARDY and DAWN SIDDLE for Cartmel Centre and the College,
PETER GARROD AND JOYCE DALTON for the Adult College

Griffiths checked the signing in book in the lunchbreak and saw M Ryan's name. "The press are here, we're saying nothing" but sadly she can't stop herself.

By the end of that afternoon Robertson said, "We are beginning to see what happened" (from 2003 onwards see links above)
Dawn Siddle left the court in distress, she refused to take the witness stand because she had been asked to perjure herself and wouldn't. B Cullen chased after her and brought her back, D Siddlke would do as she was told, another sheep waiting to be dipped.
LCC first witness was P Garrod, and swore I had not been off sick in Nov. 03 and teid himself in knots with theur last minute production of my wage claim forms. Robertson stopped him, "We don't like your documents. Stot there, you've contradicted yourself twice already". Garrod suddenly changed his attitude, I became a model employee with glowing references.
Garrod confirmed the perjury of VICTOR WELCH in 2003. (See link above.)
Sue Mulvaney had travelled on the train with Ian Fisher when they spent time cobbling a defebce together. Mulvaney was a bully and general liar and a perjurer; yetr another foolish female thinking she had her job on merit when it was becasue she could be easily manipulated by the Freemasons pulling her strings.
Mulvaney had not even been Director of Education at the relevant time, her witness statement is a perjured document.
Philip John Taylor as solicitor for LCC listed all the times he called at my house with his junk mail. He called out of office hours and weekends. He confirmed his harassment of me and attempts to serve me with false court documents. That harassment was a criminal offence.

The liar, fraudster and admitted perjurer PETER RUSSELL chairman of 2003 had recorded that LCC witnesses were 'Honest, hardworking, Local Government officials' and were 'principled'.
The description he applied to those proven yet again to be perjurers Welch,Armstrong, Bradshaw, Giddings, Allen.
Griffiths leapt to her feet "I know nothing about this", liar and perjurer that hse was (and is). She had represented those people including Pat Allen in 2003. (See link re P Allen http://www.localauthoritywatchuk.blogspot.com/)
The pages being lookad at with Mulvaney were the pages showing that P Allen worked with a false CV and made claims to having non-existent Hons degree.
Griffiths was admitting to what was startlingly clear, she'd not seen the bundle pages because she'd been toolazy to look at them knowing that if all else failed they could always pay off the chairman to 'throw' the case again. (See links for PAYOLA apparent). That laziness and stupidiyt is a prerequisite for a job with LCC.
S Mulvaney was a poor witness, she did nothing but fiddle with her scarf, evade questions and show she had less than no idea what had really gone on. She only knew what Fisher told her.
Mulvaney was caught lyign about incidents and we noticed that she had not sworn on the bible, she had affirmed yet was clearly a churchgoer, had Griffiths suggested that lying on affirmation was not perjury?
None of LCC witnesses just lied to get themselves out of the holes they dug for themselves, they lied to pervert the course of justice which is rather different.
Mulvaney was another Pauline Oliver (see link) weak, token chief, clever enough to get her job but not intelligent.
Ian Fisher was next and so arrogant he swore on the bible. He was the only one to do so.
Fisher was more unintelligent than Mulvaney, where on earth did these people come from?
What Fisher had was what Fairclough from 2003 had, ruthlessness, and apart from the arrogance already mentioned, when that had been said there was nothing else to say.
He was evasive, he denied ever having seen documents before, another idiot admitting he hadnpt bothered to check the submitted bundles becasue of his certainty that he , like Griffiths, would be able to 'blag' his way through events.
Fisher was another to vastly underestimate me.
Fisher pretended that he had no idea what his staff did in his name. Why his staff present didn't get up and leave then and there, I'll never know.
If ever anybody was to abandon those who'd done his dirty work, it was Fisher.
The bench had him weighed up. I waited to deliver my little gem. Throughout my questioning Fisher either had blatantly lied to the bench or kept his eye on Griffiths for prompting. He could not look at me.
I knew I would get his undivided attention exactly when I wanted it.
